Additional costs for trim color and/or stain for shakes and stained eves. If doors and windows have additional trim, stain for shakes, the price will vary with many other variables but not limited to a variety of preparation work that needs to be done prior to painting (Peeling, Chipping or flaking Paint, Barewood, areas that need to be primed before painting, additional masking with extra doors, windows, vegetation).
