Attached is the Report Card Temo asked me to fill out. When I originally spoke with him on Monday, he thought the job would take a week. I spoke with him this morning, and he said with the larger crew that he had working today, he was pretty sure they would be finished today!
I cannot tell you how happy I am that we hired Tightline. Thank you for all your emails in keeping me up to date with timing, etc.
I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship from this crew. They showed up on time every day, answered any of my questions and was courteous to everyone in my household.
I would have no problem referring Tightline to anyone else, nor would I have any hesitation hiring your company for any other jobs I might have.
I also want to add that dealing with Justin throughout this process; keeping me informed about timing, etc. was amazing.
